1.  When will I receive my order?    --    We will ship your order within 2 business days.  We use USPS Priority Shipping or Ground Mail for domestic orders.  You will receive your domestic order within a week or so.  If not, we'll be sure to let you know.  For International orders, we will do our best to get your order to you within 15-20 days.

2.  What is your Return/Exchange policy?    --    100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We're all human. Life happens. We understand. We accept Returns and Exchanges for t-shirts, inventory permitting, within 20 days of purchase. Please contact us by e-mail regarding your concern.

4.  On what kind of shirts do you print?    --    100% cotton fine Jersey t-shirt, printed with water-based inks.  Refined, tailored fit. Durable rib neckband.  Our shirts fit snug. When in doubt, please order up a size.  Men: Men's Shirt Size Chart

5.  Do you offer care instructions?   --    Wash shirts inside-out with like colors in cold water.  Tumble dry low.  Better yet, hang dry.  Follow these simple instructions and your shirt will last for years and years.  Enjoy!!

6.  What can you tell me about your giclee art prints?    --    Our giclee prints are created with the highest quality certified archival inks on canvas and fine art media.  Our master printer is an amazing human being who works with extraordinary care.  Satisfaction guaranteed.

7.  Will my shopping experience be secure?
    --    You can shop at Green Hit Shirts with confidence. 8.  What type of payment do you accept?    --    All prices are in U.S. Dollars.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal only.  No mail orders.  No other forms of payment.

9.  What is a Card Verification Number?    --    Visa, Mastercard and Discover card users must provide the three digit number on the back of the card to the right of the signature line.  American Express users must provide four digits from the front of the card. 

10.  What if I have trouble using my credit card?    --    Address for shipping and address to which credit card statements are mailed must be exactly the same.  Credit card number, expiration date and card verification number must all be correct.  If you have trouble, please contact your financial institution.  If you still have trouble, please contact us here: help@greenhitshirts.com.
